The methods are as simple as connect, getdata and senddata. With the inclusion of data arrival events and other status notifications you can easily add network communication in an event driven manner making it highly suitable for almost any application. SSL Socket Wizard now supports SOCKSv4 and SOCKSv5, also known as SOCKS4 and SOCKS5, FireWall Proxies. Some ideas are: communication channels to bank payment processors that stay connected for very long periods of time custom implemented protocols for communication between applications Implementing communication to another companies applications using proprietary protocols. This control works with any ActiveX container and even works in ActiveX scriptable languages such as VBScript
